clothes-hanger

The "Lean-On" self-standing closet rod, designed by Peter Van de Water for Cascando, seems like the perfect closet solution if you
a) move a lot, b) don't feel like hauling that heavy MDF Ikea wardrobe around, and c) only own five or six articles of clothing that require hanging.

Sling-Backpack

KATA is a company that makes products in the Military-Security, Video-Photo, and Hi-Tech categories, and their background is rather interesting:
Nitzan Kimchi and Dror Tishler, founders and owners of KATA, became acquainted with sophisticated military equipment during their service in an elite combat unit of the Israel Defense Forces.
We're digging KATA's keenly-designed 3N1-20 Sling Bag for photography gear, especially because the designers paid as much attention to how the bag would be worn and accessed .
The 3N1-20 is currently selling in the (low!) $99 range, and if you'd like to read a review of it, Cameratown.com puts it through the paces here.

Whether holding flowers, potpourri or decorative objects, this basket and dish frame their contents with their natural grain, grooves and imperfections. Each is one-of-a-kind and will vary. Worn Again Virgin Atlantic Bags

Worn Again Virgin bags are constructed out of materials left over from the retrofitting of Virgin Atlantic planes - all of those seat covers and safety belts add up to a significant amount of material that usually goes to waste. The range will include the Ollie toiletry kit, the Lydia and Romero handbags and the Sherman messenger. Each bag is constructed by hand in Portugal using socially responsible labor. If you’re curious about a bag’s composition, just check its label for a complete list of materials used.

They are currently available through their website and in Terra Plana stores worldwide.

Tapeworm, the Good Kind

Tapeworm is a strip that slides into any roll of tape for an instant tape dispenser. Due to the high yield strength of the material used, Tapeworm returns to its original flat shape despite significant bending and tension. It’s also friendly to you stomach and intestinal track so no worries there.
